    Lately, I've been hearing the same thing: "I need more exposure!" and "How do I become more visible?"

    Here's what I've realized: most women don't have a talent problem; they have a visibility problem.

    We've been taught that if we work hard, stay humble, and perfect our craft, someone will eventually notice us. However, business doesn't work that way anymore. People can't hire you, recommend you, or trust you if they don't know you exist. The opportunities you dream about often begin with someone simply discovering who you are and what you do.

    Visibility isn't about becoming famous or chasing followers. It's about allowing the right people to discover the value you already bring. It's about showing up consistently, sharing your expertise, and letting your authentic voice build trust with the people you're meant to serve.
